We’re thrilled to announce Eric Solomon, our first-ever CMO in Residence.
One of our core values at Novio is empathy—the ability to understand the feelings and attitudes of others. And we believe the process of creating truly meaningful brand work demands a deep and intimate understanding of all the issues our clients face. So, in our ongoing quest to keep creating emotional, foundational, transformational work for CMOs, we figured we should hire one of our own. That’s when we found Eric.
Eric joins us after serving as a marketing leader at some of the most well-known technology companies in the world—including YouTube, Spotify, and Instagram. He’s also been a brand strategist at a couple of the most respected ad agencies in the country (Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Venables Bell & Partners). Eric entered the advertising world through the doors of academia, earning his PhD in psychology at Northeastern University and working as a researcher at UCSF. He is based in New York (a city back east somewhere).
Most importantly, though, Eric lives our core value of empathy across everything he does. Please join us in warmly welcoming Eric to the Novio team as our first CMO in residence. To learn more about Eric, his role, or how he’s informing our work, reach out to him directly at: eric@novio.com
